the breakfast was literally laughing at my expectations, and the Wi-Fi was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I mean, with the lack of a comfy chair for each person, how did they think we’d relax? almost left a glowing review but just couldn’t, given the poor experience!

The views from the Double or Twin Room were stunning, making it a perfect backdrop for our stay. The staff showcased exceptional service, especially with flexible early check-in arrangements. noise levels were an issue, with thin walls that made every sound from neighboring rooms disturbing. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety, as some items felt repetitive.

We had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is just 200 meters from the ski lift, so it was super convenient for hitting the slopes. The staff were brilliant and made us feel really welcome. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool after a long day of skiing. Definitely check out the nearby Comapedrosa Highlands Trail for some stunning views!

One negative aspect was that the lounge area filled up quickly in the evenings, making it tough for a big group like ours to find a space to hang out together.

The triple room had a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Easy access by lift with great mountain views from the balcony. Restaurant served a nice buffet with healthy options and excellent pasta dishes. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax. Staff offered back and head massages, making it a cozy stay after skiing.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious breakfast spread that really kickstarted my day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi which was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

I had an incredible experience with breathtaking mountain views from my Double or Twin Room, which made mornings feel magical.
